| I came across this review and was kind of shocked. We used SecureNetShop from 2005 until we sold our business in 2008. Their shopping cart worked great for us - never a problem. Their tech support agents were very friendly and replied fast. We also used Google Checkout and it worked fine. When we get another online business going, we're absolutely going to use SecureNetShop again. | |

| I would agree, i have been with them for over a year and was always pleased but for the last 2 weeks the cart has been down 40+ times and tech keeps simply apologizing and saying they are switching servers and hardware, which i def. believe but they have got something major going on and after you lose a few thousand dollars in 2 weeks...you lose your cool, i did file a complaint with the FL BBB against them. | |
