Offline Debit. Debit transaction that occurs during Visa/MasterCard check card authorization through the credit card system. The amount is debited from the cardholder's checking account.

Offline Transaction. A type of transaction authorized through voice authorization.

Online Transaction. A transaction that is authorized electronically through the network.

OK Number. A validation number send by host computer confirming a successful batch deposit.
