I\'ve had 3 different processors, and payquake is certainly not what I would recommend. Here\'s the problems: 1- Even with zero chargebacks in your entire history, they may freeze your account with no warning every few months. When this happens, they send a letter that arrives about a week later, so your account will be frozen for a week and you will have no idea. They won\'t tell you why or what to do to remedy the situation. When you try to fix whatever is bugging them (which is usually something very minor) it will take hours, since they are hard to reach and very touch to work with. End result is that you will often have your assets held by payquake for 2-3 weeks. 2- They rarely pick up the phone when you call them. Maybe 1 out of 10 times. And they dont call back. And they don\'t return emails. So it\'s hard to get anything done. When you really search and find out a lot about them, you will find out that the guy who can help you, Alan Shields, is under a comepletely different company name (AMS merchamnt services) and he is not listed anywhere on their site. When you do find him, he will give you the absolute minimum help he can without it becoming negligent and illegal, since payquake and AMS would like to hold your money as long as possible, and make money off the FLOAT, if you know what I mean. Float is interest that financial companies make during the waiting periods on financial transactions. Alan Shields is the master of walking the line between screwing you in a way that is legal, and committing a crime against you. Very intelligent guy and has the steely emotionless demeanor or a DMV 25 year veteran. 3- If you do cancel, Payquake will continue billing you $3.95 forever. You can\'t stop them because when you sign up you give them ACH access to your bank account. The bank cannot stop them either. Your only choice will be to close your bank account and start over. This will create a massive amount of paperwork for you since you will have to change all your online billing, auto payments, CC processors, etc. Be ready for 10-20 hours of paperwork, or you can just keep giving payquake 3.95 a month...forever. 4- If you\'re starting to make a lot of money, like me, they may call your customers. Their way of doing this will make your company look like it\'s not trustworthy. In some cases the call from Payquake will make your company seem like a scam, and it will blow the sale. I\'ve lost over $5000 in sales because of payquake doing this. On the positive side, their software and automated billing works well when you get your IT team to implement it right. They send accurate reports. Their fees are around average for this industry. I think this is a complete review of this company. I\'ve gathered the information from my own experience, and also from a few of my affiliates who have dealt with them. This is not \"one bitter customer\" review, it\'s an impartial review from a number of sources.

Refused a $1000 cc charge for someone buying into our company, saying that would be getting a cash advance (?), held that money in their account, and then debited our bank account for the entire $1000, as well. The agent who did this not return any of our phone calls. Their security certificate on the payment gateway website is also issued for a different address, which is not correct, either. I hope we get our money back. They are fired.
